Product Sheets turns any product page into a downloadable, print-ready PDF spec sheet, automatically branded with your store logo, theme colours and product imagery. Customers and trade buyers can download a single product as a polished spec sheet in one click, and you can export your whole store or a single collection as a branded PDF catalogue. Every download is tracked with built-in analytics.

Before you start
For your spec sheets and catalogues to look right, set up the following first:
- A store logo. This is placed on every PDF, so upload your logo in your store settings before generating sheets.
- Theme colours. PDF branding draws on your theme colours, so confirm your theme palette is configured to match your brand.
- Well-prepared products. The PDF reflects what is on each product. Products with full descriptions, defined variants and SKUs, and prices will produce the most complete spec sheets.
Getting started
- Install Product Sheets and start your free trial. From the plugin store, install Product Sheets to begin your 14-day free trial. The subscription is £7.99/month after the trial.
- Open the Product Sheets section. Go to the Product Sheets area in your dashboard to access the plugin.
- Configure your branding. Open the settings page and set up your branding so PDFs use the correct logo, theme colours and footer.
- Add the PDF Download Button to a product page. Open the product page in the page builder and drop the PDF Download Button element onto the page where you want customers to download the spec sheet.
- Publish. Save and publish the page so the download button is live for your customers.
Single-product spec sheets
Once the PDF Download Button element is on your product page, customers (or trade buyers) can download a spec sheet for that product in one click.
Each generated PDF includes:
- Your branding — store logo, theme colours and footer applied automatically.
- Product imagery — the product's images.
- A rich description — the full product description rendered for print.
- Variant and SKU tables — variants and SKUs listed alongside their prices.
- A QR code — links back to the live product page so the reader can return online.
The result is a print-ready spec sheet that mirrors the product as it appears on your store.
Catalogue export
When you need more than one product, you can export a branded PDF catalogue rather than a single sheet.
- Whole-store catalogue — export every product in your store as one branded PDF.
- Single-collection catalogue — export just one collection as a branded PDF.
Choose between two layouts:
- Grid layout — products arranged in a grid, suited to image-led browsing.
- List layout — products arranged in a list, suited to detailed line-by-line reference.
Catalogues carry the same automatic branding as single-product spec sheets.
Analytics
Product Sheets tracks downloads so you can see which products are being downloaded. Download analytics are recorded per product, giving you a view of which spec sheets your customers and trade buyers are using most.
Settings
The settings page controls how your PDFs are branded and laid out. The available controls cover:
- Logo — the store logo placed on your spec sheets and catalogues.
- Theme colours — the colours applied to PDF branding.
- Footer — the footer shown on generated PDFs.
- Layout choice — the catalogue layout, grid or list.
Adjust these settings before generating sheets so your output is consistent with your brand.
Troubleshooting
The download button does not appear on the product page. Confirm you have added the PDF Download Button element to the product page in the page builder, and that you have published the page. The button only appears once the page is live.
The logo or branding is missing from the PDF. Check that a store logo and theme colours are configured, and that your branding is set on the Product Sheets settings page. If branding has not been set, PDFs cannot apply it.
Prices are not showing in the spec sheet. The variant and SKU tables draw on each product's data. Make sure the product has variants, SKUs and prices defined; products without prices will not show them in the table.
A large catalogue is slow to export. Exporting your whole store produces a larger PDF and takes longer than a single collection. If a full-store export is slow, try exporting one collection at a time.
